Condition: Item appears to be in used condition and shows some dirt, scuffs, and wear from previous use. Some black marker ink on the top of the motor housing. Light rust buildup on the chuck. Item does power up but has not been fully tested. PLEASE NOTE, there is a wobble feel when powering up. Battery life/stamina is unknown and charger is not included.
