1992 Canada 125th Anniversary 15-Piece Coin Set                                SKU# 516449C

In 1992, to commemorate the 125th anniversary of Canada's confederation, the Royal Canadian Mint issued a unique version of the one dollar coin with its reverse featuring three children in front of the Peace Tower in Ottawa and twelve specially designed commemorative quarters for each of the provinces and territories. This lot features a spare dollar coin and 25 cent coin so that their distinctive obverses may also be seen in the field of view.

1992 Canadian Coin Set includes:
- (2) 1992 Commemorative $1 dollar
- (13) 1992 25 cent coins, each with a design to represent a different province and territory
- Coins are mounted on a white cardboard display board entitled, "CANADA 1867-1992" featuring the Peace Tower and a map of Canada, inside of a plastic sleeve

Condition: Coins appear to be in circulated condition and show little to no major signs of dirt or wear. Reverse of thirteen coins are displayed on the front of the cardboard display to highlight their unique designs and a spare 25 cent coin and one dollar coin to show the distinctive obverse of these coins which give a date of "1867-1992". Again note that coins in this set have NOT been professionally graded or appraised.
