This lot contains the 5 quarters minted in the leadup to the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics in a paper presentation triptych produced by the Royal Bank of Canada
Quarters
- Obverse: Portrait of Queen Elizabeth facing right. Inscription: ELIZABETH II D.G. REGINA YEAR and either Vancouver Inukshuk over Olympic Rings for events of Olympic Games on reverse of coin or Paralympic Games logo for events of Paralympics on reverse of coin.
Reverse:
- 2007: Biathlon, Alpine Skiing
- 2008: Freestyle Skiing; Bobsleigh;
- 2009 Cross-country Skiing;
Coins are in a paper presentation triptych from Royal Bank of Canada which lists all 17 commemorative coins.
