Condition: Item appears to be in used condition and shows signs of some dirt and scuffs from previous use. Rust on chain and some screw/bolt heads. Again note, that scooter has not been powered up or tested due to no key and charger.

Mechanical and electrical systems have not been tested. As this scooter is in used condition, we recommend a thorough assessment and repairs to any systems requiring repair before scooter is safely rideable.
