Condition: Item appears to be in used condition and shows signs of dirt, wear, and several scuffs from previous use. Rubber grips and seat are missing. Again note, that scooter has not been powered up or tested due to ignition key start component, key, or charger. Also note that the rear wheel is locked so it is hard to move this unit around.

Mechanical and electrical systems have not been fully tested. As this scooter is in used condition, we recommend a thorough assessment and repairs to any systems requiring repair before scooter is safely rideable.
