- Reverse face shows an image of a forest and river scene and reads "5, FIVE DOLLARS, BANK OF CANADA"
- Serial Prefix: GC
- Printed Signatures: JR Beattie (Deputy Governor) and JE Coyne (Governor)
- Bill comes in protective plastic sleeve
