SHIPPING
Shipping rates are as follows:

Within Canada: $14.15 CDN

If no shipping amount is indicated, shipping is NOT available for this item. We will not arrange shipping on items marked in the description as, "No Shipping/Pickup Only". Sorry shipping is not available to the US.

Combined shipping is available on most items at only $5.00 for each additional item. To have items combined please email us to create a combined invoice, as they must be checked out and paid for together on one invoice within 7 days.

Shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder and are non refundable. Winning bidders are also responsible for any return shipping costs.

Shipping is by Canada Post Expedited Service. Shipments will generally arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Certain exceptions apply. Shipping to areas outside the main centers are subject to additional shipping costs.
Please Note: Jewellery / Watch insurance is only available to a maximum value of $500.00.

PICKUP
There is no fee charged for picking up an item.
Item(s) must be picked within 7 days of the auction close.
Taxes are charged on all pickup items regardless of address.

PAYMENT
Police Auctions Canada accepts PayPal, via our online checkout.

All applicable Taxes within Canada are added to the Invoice.
All payments are required within 7 days of the auction close.
All items must be paid before being shipped/released. Shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Winning bidder is also responsible for any returned shipments.

• The pictures and descriptions are of the actual items.

• All items are sold "AS IS" with no warranties, implied or written.

• "Powered Up" means that the item turned on upon connecting to specified power source, but all functions are not fully tested.

• Items must be paid and picked up within 7 days. Items paid and not picked up will be considered abandoned and disposed of after 30 days, without prior notice, to recoup storage expenses.

• We do not offer "Second Chance" offers, nor do we contact any bidder other than the winning bidder. If you receive any messages of this nature please forward them to our Customer Service. Protect yourself.

• A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made him or her self acquainted with these conditions of sale and has agreed to be bound by them.

• No member of the Toronto Police Service, Toronto Police Services Board may bid on any item found on the Toronto Police Auctions listing page.

Though all written descriptions are believed to be correct, neither Police Auctions Canada, Toronto Police Service, Halton Regional Police Service, Hamilton Police Service, Owen Sound Police Service, St. Thomas Police Service or Toronto Transit Commission make any warranties or representation of any kind with respect to the property and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, providence, period, culture, source, origin, condition etc.
